Bahaya HP dan Cara Mengatasinya

Siapa yang tak kenal HP dan Siapa yang tak punya HP...???

Jawabannya, pasti kebanyakan orang punya.

Memang HP merupakan kebutuhan bagi semua orang, dari Hp pula kita dapat kemudahan dalam hidup. Tapi ingat banyaknya manfaat, Hp juga memiliki kekurangan yang membahayakan bagi para penggunanya yaitu melalui radiasinya.

Dalam sebuah panel diskusi yang digagas WHO disimpulkan bahwa telepon seluler atau hp ini bersifat karsinogenik.

Bahaya tersebut diantaranya :

    Risiko pada ibu hamil

    Resiko kanker otak

    Kecapaian (fatigue)

    Sakit kepala

    Dll.

Tapi jangan khawatir untuk meminimalis bahaya dari HP, disini ada tips-tipsnya.

1.    Mengaktifkan speaker

       Semakin jauh jarak HP dari kita, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat radiasinya.

2.    Mengaktifkan speaker

       Mengirim teks via SMS akan membatasi durasi paparan bahaya radiasi Hp,  

       dan menjaga jarak Hp dari kepala dan tubuh kita. 

3.    Menelepon seperlunya saja

       Semakin banyak kita menelpon, maka semakin sering pula kita 

       bersentuhan dengan HP

4.    Hp jangan langsung ditempel ditelinga

5.    Jauhi anak balita dari Hp

6.    Memakai HP sebaiknya di ruang yang luas

7.    Disarankan untuk tidak telepon lama-lama

       Baiknya hanya 2 atau 3 menit saja, untuk meminimalisir radiasi pada telinga.

8.    Kurangi penggunaan Bluetooth

9.    Mengurangi pemakaian Smartphone

10.  Malam hari sebaiknya HP dimatikan

Nah kurang lebih itu adalah bahaya dari HP dan cara menguranginya. Sebaiknya Jagalah kesehatan kita sedari dini, agar kita tidak menyesal nantinya.

Gak perlu takut berjilbab

Ga' Perlu Takut Berjilbab

Sebenarnya berjilbab itu  ga nora' loh..., malah menambah anggun bagi pengguna jilbab.

Perlu kalian ketahui bahwa islam itu menganjurkan para wanita untuk berjilbab. fungsi dari jilbab itu adalah melindungi diri orang yang berjilbab itu sendiri. Allah sudah berjanji dalam Al-Quran Surat Al-Ahzab 59 bahwa wanita berjilbab tidak akan diganggu dan dapat dibedakan antara wanita muslim atau wanita bukan muslim.

sebaiknya kalau berjilbab itu hendaknya menutupi dada. Dan biasanya orang berjilbab itu akan lebih anggun  bila memakai baju yang sopan dengan rok panjang, tapi rok nya tidak sampai laintai ya... (nanti malah dikira mau nyapu pake rok)

Banyak deh manfaat jilbab yang lainnya....
